can I dove/quail hunt with a sedan (Honda Accord)

As a child I hunted with my father driving my mother’s Corvair convertible. My brother and I hunted out of whatever vehicle we had at the time. We always carried tire chains. Few years ago hunting out of DuBois Wy one of the guides drove an ex cop ford vic back to the trailhead, had chains in the trunk.

Im in nc and have bird hunted from one side of the state to the other. You'll be fine on about 99.75% of all the gameland and main forest service roads. I wouldn't get to far off the main roads at the coast or if its raining

The last 8 years I've been hunting out of a Honda CRV. Can I go anywhere? No. But I can go a ton of places. Most of the areas or just on the courty road so gravel or paved. Do it!

Sure. Plenty of places to hunt that don’t require a bunch of 4 wheeling to get to. I had a place I used to hunt elk that I would ONLY take my Prius I commuted in at the time. It was a great spot where anything that looked like a hunting rig parked there might have ruined it. Probably not many Priuses around that have had elk quarters in them, but that one did. Miss that car, turns out my wife liked to take it deer “hunting”, too.
