I think it’s a Manners but I can’t find it on their site. Obviously it was on a Lane rifle. Maybe discontinued?

That is the SL model. Replaced by the UC. Which sucks. I like the SL and put it on several builds.

I don’t as hoping it was something other than an SL. I have an SL and I don’t like the cheek piece.
