Camera tripod to shooting tripod

I bought my wife this tripod years ago for a camera I got her. Will this bog deathgrip attach easily and securely? Would I need more or different hardware? I would rather spend less $ and have one tripod that suits dual purposes with just a quick change. She will be using it for a crossbow on a hunt we got drawn for. Seems to be an excellent WMA, very stoked.

I did a similar thing with my tripod, just attach the arca plate that comes with the death grip, to the bottom of the death grip and it with fit right into the tripod head

I took my deathgrip and added a camera ball attachment to it for yote hunting. I like it way better giving it more adjustment. Here's the one I used below. I just drilled 4 holes in the quick release plate to match the death grip then ran a 3/8 bolt up from the bottom with a couple random motorcycle wheel spacers I had laying around.

Hi ! I have something very very similar and it kind of works but the good ones are those without that central pipe. three legs and a flat central surface. it makes a huge difference! Then of course you add a ball head
