Camera illiterate

So I am a camera newbie and I have a Nikon D3200 and have absolutely no idea how to use it. Does anyone have any suggestions on any online classes or what direction to go to figure this out?

Do you have a library card? Many libraries (e.g. King County Library System in seattle) have pass-through access for Linked-In learning (formerly Lynda). A quick look shows 574 classes when I search "photography"

The amount of learning you can do on that platform is unreal.

Otherwise, there's a ton of great basic photography info on YouTube. On your camera, start with the dial on the green/auto setting. Then start playing around in aperture mode. I'd recommend a lot of shooting outside in the daylight, so you're not having to deal with low light situations, which are more difficult.

What kind of lens(es) do you have? 18-55mm?

I've always found the Northrups information to be easy to digest and follow. I picked up their book and thought it taught me a good bit about the basics. I also follow their YouTube channel as they have interesting content.

Their videos are pretty good, I agree. Also a good place to start is the user manual of the camera. Read it and try to understand the camera, and then use youtube and the internet to grow.

I have a 18-55mm and 55-200 lenses.
