Man I live in the stupidest state in the union. I tried to order my kids all a new pair of hiking boots, being that kids need new ones every year. I get all the sizes situated into my cart, input all my info, press place order…… cannot ship to California because of PFAS chemicals. What a bunch of BS. I swear California is such a joke. I’ve been dealing with this with rain gear already, but now I have to pay an obscene amount of money to get my kids a decent pair of hiking boots that won’t fit next season. I love our stupid liberal politicians in this state. Rant over

at least we have a 11% tax on guns and ammo now too!! so with that plus regular tax every purchase on guns and ammo we are basically paying 20%

I was born and raised in So Cal and moved to CO. This is a problem that soon every state with a major city is going to face. Blue cities will be telling red counties how to live. This is the problem across the whole nation. 3-4 major cities dictate the rest of that state. We need a separation of the cities and counties in my opinion, they need to be governed differently.

CA is great, but I will admit- it’s hard to make sure the fish isn’t LGBTQIA+ before you hook it, and the fish hate crime penalties are pretty steep.

I’m from Texas and have a sister and her family in Los Angeles, couple years ago they came here and I gave my nephew a 100th anniversary Swiss Army knife, well he took it home and showed one of his friends the knife, later that day the police showed up at the house and wanted to see the knife and questioned my sister, turns out the friends mom called the police to report a illegal weapon, the police didn’t know if it was illegal and confiscated it.
I got my ass chewed for this , California has gone to hell politically, bunch of idiots, why pick on a 13 year old kid and summon him and his parents to court for a piss ant pocket knife ?

I'm very familiar with him. He is a stand up guy who will most certainly get my vote. He just recently changed to the Republican Party after 45 years of belonging to the Party of woke and purple hair people. He finally saw the damage the libs. have done, and continue to do to this once great state. DOGE has saved the avg taxpayer $993 per person so far ...and thats the tip of the iceberg- much of the stuff they exposed is tied up in the courts and referred to the DOJ for prosecutions. Stay tuned- it's going to be big.

Part of the problem here in CA is we get all of the crazies fro across the country. Thats true for the whole west coast. If you are a Woke pierced and pink haired individual, you aren't going to stay in Wichita....or Cheyenne....you move to SF or Seattle- birds of a feather- right?

I think we all need to strive for tolerance...but also action to keep our gov legit. CA politicians have swung into the crazy zone...and we are paying the price.

I give the DOJ about 6 months to investigate and expose the dirty dealings in CA....too much taxpayer money going up in smoke to be a coincidence.

Most of their savings have no receipts, reasonable proof for approximately 60 billion, true itemized proof closer to 30. Musk's total received from the government over the years is nearly 40 billion. There's lots of numbers out there you can dig through, none of them add up pretty for DOGE.
It's all make outrageous claims and hope the loyal repeat them enough to convince the moderates. With outrageous claims needs to be outrageous proof.

We’d have no space program without space x, that’s a big portion of it, nasa hasn’t done shit in years. Most of these contracts preceded this administration.
