Cache East Rich Utah elk?

Looking at picking up a archery tag for he Cache East unit in Utah. I struck out on everything else so thought Id throw a hail mary and try it possibly. Has anybody on here hunted that unit? I know about half is private, but seeing what peoples thoughts are on the unit before I fully commit. Not looking for areas obviously, but just general stuff like the weather or the access sucks etc. I wouldnt be apposed if anyone knew a landowner that charges to hunt or a place offering a tresspass fee. thanks!
