Is there a better option in the same price range for the pants? Also, can anyone comment on the fit? Most cabelas brand clothes I've tried on seem overly baggy and don't seem to run true to size.

I bought a pair years back when they offered the pros. They're heavy but if your day hunting in wet conditions they work. The brushed exterior holds water so they also get heavier when wet. Dunno if I'd pay retail

I've used Herters for many years before upgrading to Kuiu Chugach. I only updated because of constant backpacking trips (weight). They work great for the price.

I ended up going with Marmot Full Zip Precips.. I had Cabelas Space Rain before and they were super fragile

Thanks guys. I was just going to order the marmots to go along with my jacket but I wanted to see if there were some close comparisons like the Teton rain. Came across M050 in my searches so thought I'd ask.

Seems cabelas has the mt050 lineup on close out right now. Might go take a look

Another strike out with cabelas sizes. Seems all of their hunting clothing is way too long and baggy in the legs for my liking. Small would have been ok there but a little too tight in the waist. Other than that, they seemed like nice pants

Would the Kuiu Teton rain pants be pretty equivalent to marmot precip pants? Be nice if marmot offered the same colors in their pants as they do the jackets.....
