Gently used, never stored wet, tough as nails, 4 season tent. Comes with plastic footprint groundcloth, interior waterproof floor liner, rain fly, hard-to-find extreme vestibule, guy lines, and heavy-duty stakes. Fits in 2 nice zip bags. No tears or repairs. Spent 7 days in Wyoming heat, rain, sleet, ice & snow (yay, October hunting season!), and stayed perfectly dry. Vestibule is giant, & keeps stuff mostly dry. Is lined with waterproofing, but may need re-application. Tent big enough for queen bed, 2 big bags, & shoes. Used 4 or 5 times for short trips (other than the WY trip). Does not smell musty or funky.Selling because we use our wall tent & now have giant dog & kids that go with. Kind of heavy, used as a car camping tent. Unpleasant to set up in the wind, alone.
