CA Ridgeline FFT Stock Question

Hey everyone, this may seem like an odd question but wondering what type of finish/feel the FFT stocks have? Is it a smooth feeling or is there texture? For example, my Tikka Superlite has a very smooth plastic/composite feeling and my Kimber Montana has a textured feel, almost like a fine grit sandpaper. I much prefer the feel of the Kimber to the Tikka, so wondering how the FFTs compare.

Any owners or those who’ve handled one able to provide some feedback here? Would be greatly appreciated!

It’s textured but not gritty like sand paper. I haven’t handled it in the wet yet, but I think it will do fine.

Love the stock and texture, just alittle to short for me. Be nice if it were 1/2"-3/4" longer.
