CA bear harvest report

Any body get an email saying their bear confirmation report was submitted without you submitting it? I pulled up my account and the report says I submitted a successful harvest but no other info was filled out. I also checked the quota which is a little over 1000. I’m guessing the system glitched. I called a guy and left a message. Hopefully hear back tomorrow. Planning on going hunting Monday.

I just checked mine, and it is showing unreported. Keep us posted when they get back to you

Guy got back to me. Apparently a tooth from a 2018 harvested bear finally got logged in the system. They then filled my 2019 harvest report.

In general, Swanson said, “hunter success continues to rise in the northern Lower and it’s been fairly stable in the UP.”
