Oh boy these are always fun threads.
1. Delorme Inreach-peace of mind for my wife is worth more than any gear upgrades for me right now.
2. Quality raingear-sitka or Arcteryx
3. A packable puffy layer for glassing-either puffy pants and coat or a woobie
4. Possibly a stove for late season hunts-haven't decided yet: last year it would've been really nice a few times, but then it just adds that much more weight and time in camp setup

I like the Inreach idea. I'm thinking about renting an Inreach for a hunt this fall. I'm going to an area I don't know what service is like. My two main spots, I usually have spotty enough service to get a text out.

I recently picked up a truck w/22K miles on it but it's not yet trail ready so that's what most of my money and effort will be spent on.

But there are two other things I want.

The InReach was hands down the best thing I got last year. I assumed it would just be good peace of mind for my wife, but it ended up being equally good for me knowing everything was ok at home, one less thing to worry about and get in my head while in out there.

Yup...
Been pondering the idea of boring out one of the 9.3x62s to 9.3x64 Brenneke, get a little more reach and thump..but need to round up new dies, brass, and a Sherpa guide to carry the heavy bastid.. And hafta feed that guy..
So really, actually cheaper to go out and buy a mean green Mountain Ascent in 280 AI, only have to feed it once in a while.
Think that's most of it right there..
Sell the heavy rifle that hasn't been out the door in over a year, put the money into another light rifle..
Can't make it a year without buying a bow, so I oughta buckle down and get a Robertson Primal Styk, or a Javaman Elkheart.
Been kinda eyeballing the Sitka Timberline pants, not sure about those yet..

Dunno, realistically, time and tags, pretty much be set!

2012 Ram 1500. This pic is after new wheels and tires but I've since added a leveling kit and some other minor suspension mods to ensure I can fit chains.
