Butcher bones out a deer in 8 minutes

I thought this was pretty cool. Neat to see his method for boning out a deer. Granted, he is in a shop, with a table and the deer is already skinned and gutted.

Probably the 3rd time I've watched that one, but I really like how he does the front shoulders. I will for sure try to copy that if I'm not hauling them out whole next time.

On a serious note, that guy is impressive with a knife. None of my game looks that good coming off the bone.

I need to get one of those meat hooks. Although since I've left WI, I break down or debone everything wherever it falls. The days of hanging things in the barn to skin are pretty much long gone....
