Burr on tikka bolt and lug abutments

I sent mine to beretta and they told me to pound sand which I kinda expected. I torqued the barrel back on the hen I sent it. They shot a 3 shot group that was 1 inch and said it met their accuracy standard. I lapped it lightly to smooth the burr an it seems fine. Something I’ll def watch for from now on

I have not sent mine in yet. If their argument is that it is not a manufacturing defect because the rifle was capable of shooting a 3 shot 1 moa group than I may not bother. My will certainly do that. That is disappointing. I am concerned about the long term effects.

If it looks like that as it arrived it's pretty horseshit to not accept it as a manufacturing defect. I could see as a manufacturer questioning when/how it happened if it came up after 400 rds of firing.
