Bummer - Tripod Length and Backpack Pocket Length

My Sirui T-004S tripod does not fit, with the VA-5 head attached, in the side pockets of my Kifaru Hoodlum. Bummer.

Try extending the center post to full extension, and fold the legs up toward the head. This is how I stow mine to fit in the Kifaru spotting scope pocket.
