Bull Elk kills hunter

Feel bad for the guy and praying for his family, can't imagine. Anybody know the story?

Although, part of me thinks this bull should have been allowed to carry on, he'd proven himself to be a warrior...stuck by an arrow, lived to talk about it, killed the hunter who tried to kill him...etc. he deserved better than to be prison food. Fresh elk for the criminals...how about some slop, with a side of corn. Thats OR for ya...why not send it to the homeless shelter or feed some vets instead.

Hell the animals would always win if we didn't have advanced weapons. Anybody that's ever worked with livestock knows how absolutely pathetically weak we are compared to animals the size of elk.

Having read articles in the past about health inspectors pouring bleach on venison donated to homeless shelters and the recipients of such donations complaining about having to eat wild game, as well as the average person who will ask their hunting friends for meat and it ends up sitting in the freezer for years and then thrown away, I’d say you should just be happy that anyone is eating it. The only people who really want venison are hunters anyway. Most people don’t know how to cook it, think that it’s “gamey” and aren’t that interested in it anyway.
