Budget Scope for Western Hunting?

The new scope being developed and tested by Form and Ryan is about to join that list come the end of the year.

When they're right, they're right. I just bought another Huron and three SHV 3-10's after selling a bunch of other stuff this month.

I've been really happy with Element stuff, had Helix 2-12, Helix 2-16 and Titan 3-18. No issues with 300wm handloads.

Titan reticle doesn't jive with me but other than that they all feel robust, mechanics are smooth, glass is good, turrets feel great.

If you want to go cheap, go cheap. Just dont worry about dialing or low light. You’ll be good 10-15 minutes after sundown or before sunrise.

shot a nice muley at 220 yds w some cheap bushnell scope that came w a $250 remington 243 package.

Burris Fulfield has a decent simple bdc reticle.
So does Vortex Diamondback.
I have one of each. Burris is the nicer scope and might even cost less. One is on a ML.

also have a Huron 3-9x40 that was a great deal. Decent scope except for a few minutes of low light. It feels solid and will do all but first and last 10 minutes or so of legal if there are any shadows around.
