Brush buttons

Does anybody use the bush buttons for their recurve setups? Getting tired of catching all the weeds and random stuff between the string and limbs. Curious if they seem to help or affect the tune and feel if a bow.

A couple of my buddies use them and they work.

I like to wrap the last 6" of my bowstring with wool yarn as it quiets it down. I don't know if the brush buttons help or hurt in that respect- I would think they hurt.

Eh, I hunt really thick crap here in TX, and if I'm hanging my bow up on brush, I'm mobing too fast and making too much noise anyways. I've never once thought I should put brush buttons on my limbs. You're the boss of your setup though. Doesn't hurt anything to try them out.
