Brunton Spotting Scope

Has anyone used this older Brunton spotting scopes, what do you think about the glass that they
used in them. they used Japanese glass. they had two types 20x60x80 and 25x50x80

I just purchased a Like Brunton Icon 25-50x80 from a Rokslider...I went this route because I only had a very limited budget but wanted the best glass I could get - I was not worried about no Warranty Support.

The unit is very similar to the Mavens - I haven't taken it out on any hunts yet, but observing on my back deck looking at horses a couple miles away - it is very high quality, excellent view spotter - all the way up to 50x. I got mine for around $550 and I feel like its at least a $1200 view. It is better to my eyes than my buddies Vortex Razor.
