Browning X-Bolt Western Hunter LR 6.8 Western 24" Barrel. Excellent condition. Low round count. I traded for this rifle so no box or accessories. Original owner claimed he shot 5 rounds. Barrel was clean when I got it. I shot 26 rounds. 14 of the 162 gr copper and 12 of the 170 gr Ballistic tip.
I scoped it and shot it and was really impressed. I even liked the stock with the simple adjustable cheek piece. The trigger is decent and Browning finally used 5/8" 24 for the barrel threads so a standard suppressor works. The radial brake that is on it reduced the recoil to less than I expected.
It easily shot less than 1 MOA at 100 yards and at 300 yards. Ballistically this thing is amazing. It actually shot better than the speeds listed on the box (2920 fps) unlike a 7 PRC. I Chronographed the 170 gr Ballistic tip at 2961 fps with my Garmin. With a BC of .563 this is the .270 people always longed for. That gives you a range of 825 yards before it drops below 1800 fps.
As much as I love it, I just do not need another rifle. I have way to many and am selling at least 10. This comes with the 30mm scope rings and the 4 boxes of ammo I purchased. 2 170 gr BT (12 rounds fired) and 2 162 gr Copper Impact (14 rounds fired).
$1000 to your FFL CONUS. If someone wants the Vortex Razor HD LHT 3-15 SFP MIL that is on it add $850.
