I hadn’t seen a Browning Monroe pack before - not really interested in it for myself, but curious if anyone knows about it - is it a knock off, or rebranded existing pack?

A buddy of mine has one and really likes it.
From what I understand its been in the works at Browning for quite a while.
The frame seems very solid.

Have one I bought off Craigslist. I am curious who actually makes it as Browning primarily rebrands their gear. They also have a 1900 day back I am very interested in.
