In what order would people put bow resale value? Matthews seems to have the highest/longest retained value but after that it seems a bit nebulous. Carbon fiber bows seems to "demand" a high resale value(based on the sale forum" but in my mind that seems a bit odd considering carbon fiber is much easier to damage and as a secondary purchaser I'd be a bit leary of a carbon bow. Mostly it doesn't seem that resale value isn't an indicator of performance(most of the time) . So my casual observations seems to be as follows for resale value.

Matthews
Hoyt/Bowtech
Elite/Prime
PSE

Mathew’s first because of parts availability. I’d put Hoyt next just because of brand recognition/durability. I’d probably put BowTech/Elite in the next slot. The PSE. Worst of the major brands is Prime. They’re hard to get rid of. All the other brands are a toss up.
