Some bougi’ness in his thread! I’m done paying too much for bourbon. My favorite has become Old Crow.
There is no correlation with the price of bourbon and its quality. Drink what you like.
Liquor store for me again today. Looking forward to these.

Glad you are smarter then everyone else and found something you like. Since you only like that one thing there isnt much for you to talk about here. Thanks for popping in!!!
Such an odd take on my statement. I never said it was the only thing I like. How did you manage to come up with that?
If someone wants to spend booku dollars on a bottle of bourbon more power to them. It doesn’t mean it’s better bourbon though. There are so many great bourbons out there but I think people feel that if you aren’t drinking something from Buffalo trace or some other tater’ized bourbon it’s second class and that couldn’t be further from the truth.

A 10 year old bourbon doesnt make it automatically better. Taste is entirely subjective and to claim anything else just shows the tater in you. Time in a barrel does not equate to a better bourbon. It can, but more goes into it than simply that. I’ve had many much more expensive bottles than say old crow that I liked far less.
I think it’s kind of obvious that more money doesn’t necessarily equate to a better bourbon.
Taste is so subjective I’m surprised it is causing hurt feelings.
