I’ve dealt with a few places recently where shipping was super slow. Guess we got spoiled by Amazon. But even Prime isn’t always next day or two day anymore.

Same. I entered my order number on their website and they gave me this message: Not incredibly helpful.

Just got email about all order done on that timeframe (mine included) hope to be shipped by end of this week. Long email about order commune and new system. Also sent 15% off code if anyone wants it.

I live in Hawaii but it took them a month to get a hoodie to me a year ago. Never had anything taken close to that long from an online retailer. They are not the fastest shipper
