Looking to get a bore scope for, well viewing the inside of bores and barrels.
What does the brain trust recommend?
I'm a gunsmith school attendee and will eventually have my own small shop so quality would be nice. Buy a great unit used or a new medium quality version? If there enough difference between them to make a difference? The ability to see via my laptop or smart tv would be nice for showing customers the image.
Appreciate it.

^^^^What they said!^^^^

I have two Teslong borescopes the flexible shaft and the rigid one, both, have their place but if I could only have one it would be the rigid shaft model. In their price point I don't know anything that is even close to the Teslong.

Couple things to be mindful of with the Teslong. 1) When using the mirror spend the time following the instructions on how to get it focused best for you. 2) Keep the mirror clean and free of any tiny little particles or fibers from a cleaning cloth. I use Zeiss lens wipes. They work great and a 80 pack on Amazon is less then 5 bucks.
