Boots for Kodiak Blacktail late October

Read this post from the moose hunting thread, I just wore these boots for 10 days moose hunting and will be buying a second pair.

I just tried these Cabelas Instinct boots on the other day. They are a very interesting design. I usually wear a 10.5 and that was too big. The 10 fit fine and would have enough room for a thicker sock. They did not feel as "snug" as my Crispi boots i would wear with a pair of gaiters so not sure how they would do hiking up and down the "hills" in Kodiak, but I may try them out as a replacement to my worn pair of Muck boots.
