Boot terminology “Guide”

I am fairly a newbie to quality hunting equipment. I have noticed most boot makers have styles classified as”Guide” in their name. Other gear like clothing, etc, also use that terminology. What does “Guide” refer to, if anything?

Just a name/marketing. Probably inferring that their typical consumer/weekend warrior should get them because they are designed for guides who hunt all day, everyday, so “they will last longer.”
