Boat based black bear

Whats the laws on this, especially if you have video of the crap.
I see it no different than hiring a contractor for a service and his workers doing the same thing.
Why are these guides exempt from doing what they advertise.I understand the animal isn’t a guarantee but you know dam well if they are giving 100 % effort in the pursuit of the game and 100% effort in customer service.
it is the gamble of the court like any contractor: are you willing to gamble in front of the jury or a judge even if right after putting legal money on it? there are some honest outfitters like they are very honest contractors but they are hard to find and booked ahead of time.

the service you are buying: is free fair chase hunting and no guarantee of success. and i do not know how you can make an evaluation of 100% customer service before a judge or a jury.

wish all good and safe hunting.

Let me give you my Ninilchik experiences.

I have been on two hunts with them. One out of Whittier and one out of Homer. Both Captains were very good about doing what they could to put us where we could hunt the bears. The timing was off on both of our trips, a week too early in Whittier and unfortunately Alaska had one of the warmest winters this last year making for no snow to push the bears down. That's hunting. We did have the boat to our selves as I put the entire group together. We were pretty successful on both trips despite the timing. We had better fishing out of Whittier because we had pretty calm seas compared to Homer. Ninichik was pretty easy to work with and I'd go a third trip with them if I were to go again.

There's always two sides to every story. I can only give my experience.
