Blue Loctite / Scope Mounting Question

Long story short, while mounting a scope, I had to back out some screws a few hours after torqueing down with blue loctite. It was an easy fix (just had to push first ring further forward) and torqued everything back down.

Did I screw up the blue loctite curing process and should start over, or am I good to go?

Thanks!

I read that it "sets" in 10 minutes and don't know what the means.

You should be fine. If you are concerned you could pull it apart and clean it with acetone and start over. Or put some register marks on it to see if the screws turn.

Loctite isn't really needed if you actually used a torque wrench and torqued to the manufacturers torque specs. The whole purpose of the torque specs is it stretches the threads of the screw which effectively binds the screw in place. I haven't used loctite in 20 years and I've had zero issues as well even on hard recoiling cartridges.
