Blind recommendation

I've hunted out of the cheap ones and the expensive ones over the years. However, the best I've owned bar none is the Barronnet OX 5 hub. I'm 6'1 and can stand up in it and it's huge inside. Most importantly the material is very thick and heavy duty. The windows are all tethers/latches, no noisy velcro or zippers (other than the door). Great workhorse blind that will serve you well.

Double Bull leads the pack for sure. I have 3 and they have held up better than any of the others I'll go over. The only thing with them is the bottom zipper always seems to pop apart pretty quick.

I bought a couple Baronets a few years back and the first windy day we had tore them both up. The stakes and guy lines were still stuck in the ground but the webbing attaching the guy lines tore out.

I got a couple Xeneks a year ago and my biggest issue with those is the two sides that have the fancier material on them never stay popped out.. I always have to guy them out to make them stay. Another huge thing for me on them is the webbing on the bottom for the stakes, they rip out very easily.

I just bought 2 muddy 3 person blinds this year and so far so good. They are roomy and lighter packing that any of the others above. I'm still on the double bull train thought if you're only going to buy one. They have undoubtedly been the most durable for the longest amount of time.

I hate to hear this. Mine sat out all fall/winter in Iowa without any pulling or tearing. I use rerod trapping stakes for the high wind wall tie-offs and haven't had any issues with tearing.

When I took it out last month, the ceiling was caved in from weight of late snows, but I went inside and shoved the hub back up and the heavy slush slipped right off. No damage to the hub or material.

I had the same issue with those sides, I thought I just had something adjusted too tight and didn’t have time to mess with it much when I put it up the other evening. I really like the blind otherwise but this will end up being annoying if it always happens

I love my Ox5. It’s huge inside and tall enough for me to stand up. Heavy duty material, slide windows, and sturdy hub system.

Those windows are incredibly versatile and adjustable. I would never go with mesh for game. Stay in the back in the shade and wear black clothes and maybe a little dark face paint to fool keen goat eyes

Practice shooting out of it at home to familiarize with angles and windows.

I have 4 Double Bull Blinds. 3 are original ones before Primos bought them out. The 4th is the Dark Horse. All are great and I wouldn't hunt in anything else. That being said I am sure there are plenty out there that will work. Biggest thing is one that will withstand the wind and second have the ability to adjust the windows for different terrain. If I was buying today it would be a DB surround view.
