Does this happen to have the "slots" for stays to slip into?

I'm looking to upgrade my extra thick Arcteryx Bora 80 waistbelt with something thinner and allows for attaching accessories (pouches, etc.).

It does not, I need those pockets also which is why I'm selling it. Have you looked at the HPG Prairie belt? They have the pockets you're looking for.
