Countless delays throughout multiple steps of the process. Read up on the forums. I figure they are just spread thin and overworked.

I was denied after a 9 month wait due to a "clerical error" on their end. The spelled my name wrong on the form 4, then they diddled around getting me a refund and I have to reapply. Took my money and went elsewhere.
