Called on 11/22 to get a price adjustment since that same package was on sale for $440 for early Black Friday. To no avail- the guy I talked to wouldn't budge at all even though it was less than a month since my purchase (said he'd see about mailing me a $25 gift card that doesn't help at all with this purchase). I'll definitely keep that in mind when I'm looking for a pair of RF binos for my son.

It was less than a month and it is certainly standard practice for many retailers to price adjust within that time frame. That’s not their policy, but I’ll certainly take note of that all things being equal when I’m buying binos in the near future.

I am sorry that you did not speak directly with me (when you called if I was not available you could have left a message), PM'd me or e-mailed me directly. Feeling the need to air it out here, IMO, does not accomplish anything. I understand the frustration when something goes on sale a month after a purchase is made. Of course, most people do expect price drops Black Friday weekend. I hope you are enjoying the scope as it is an excellent optic and I would think you bought it when you did as you had a use for it at that time that prompted you to purchase a month prior to known sale time. I am sure that you'd also post something had you purchased it and a month later the price went up and you were upset that when you called to pay us the increase we told you we didn't want that extra money. I feel my employees offer of a gift card was a nice consideration in this circumstance.
