I got in some Black eagle arrow rampages, I got the outserts but they come in polished aluminum anyone paint them flat black of something to keep them from shining while hunting? Or is it pretty much nothing to worry about?
I would think your quiver hood will cover the majority of the outserts. Id just scuff them up with some light sand paper rather than paint them if you think the shine is to much.
A better option with the Rampage is the Firenock Aeroinsert. It is stronger with 7075 aluminum and anodized black. Only way to go with them IMO other than the HIT insert.
Thanks, I'll have to look into that option on my next set of arrows I get from them. I'm thinking about going with the deep impact for my next arrows though.
