Is anyone else running these arrows? I just had some LD Rampages made up (.250 spine) using 78 gr. hidden inserts and 100 gr tips and they finished out at 540 gr. My Martin Nemesis 35 was able to spit them out right at 280 fps.:D

Overall I'm impressed with the arrow. .001 straightness and very tough.

I also shoot the BE Rampages in 250 spine. They are a great shaft. Firenock will be coming out with a new SS Aeroinsert which will weigh 50 grains for the .204 shaft. Should be a great option.

Black Eagle are proving to be some top notch arrows that is for sure. I've shot the Carnivores and Challengers for the last year, this year I plan on hunting with Deep Impacts.
Couldn't be happier.

Hmmm where did you see about this new firenock?
Right now I use the 75/50 grain brass HIT insert at 50, but curious to try aeroinsert.

I've been shooting the deep impacts for a while now. Love them. Shoot great and have had no issues at all. Have 3 dozen at home right now :)

Most bows will max out over their "max"...

Well, you are just a fountain of useful information... j/k

I haven't put a scale on mine yet, but it came fully cranked down and the inspection sticker said 69.6#. I was curious if they came with more than 70# limbs.

Some limbs max a little higher twisting the cables and add a little draw weight and length too.

I started shooting the rampages (300 spine) last year and was pleased. I have the aluminum aeronock inserts and they have performed fine. I just bent one the other day when it hit the pin in the target. I just prefer to have the weight in the broadhead. I have 125gr magnus stingers and they shoot great too. The arrows have been accurate and durable, not much else to ask for.

They penetrated very well for me last year on my first whitetail. I had a shot at 28 yards head on, the buck dropped his head to the ground to feed and shot at the base of the neck and the shot penetrated through to the groin.
