Bivy Sack Help

This last year I went to the megatarp and bought a TiGoat raven Omni to run in conjuction with it. I'm currently running a Exped UL synmat long wide and Marmot Helium in long, I'm 6'2" and about 195. When I got it all set up at the house it felt tight when I was inside but figured I'd give it a whirl. I took it on a couple trips and both times I ditched the bivy after the first night as it's so tight inside I can barely move inside it all. I usually sleep on my side so spending all night stuck on my back was miserable. I ended up going the rest of the season on a piece of Tyvek which is fine with cooler temps and the annex but I'd like something for bug protection for summer trips when not using the annex. I cant seem to find any bivys that have dimensions that are significantly bigger than the raven omni though. Any tall guys figured out a bivy with enough room to move around at night? The other thought I had was just to run the Tyvek and pack a thermacell during bug season?

Tyvek and burn bug coils is what I would recommend. I can't stand being restrained in a bivy.

I just got an Oware M90 long/wide side zip. I haven't tried bit yet but it seams huge. I believe it's 8 oz.
