Condensation is nearly non existent in the Big Agnes because it has a elevated hood that you can leave open to vent. Even in the rain you can leave it open as it has a beak that covers it. On a few occasions I have felt some minor condensation in the foot box, but it was hard to even tell it was there.

I have outdoor research advanced bivy that I have used for the last 12 years and have not had any problems with at all.. I dont use it hardly anymore except for few quick scouting trips in the last few years. But when I did use it as my main sleeping quarters I used a tarp especially when hunting in the cascades...

Is then superTarp roomy enough for one person and gear? I'm assuming it is but are you cramped?
