3rd for Outdoorsmans. Not sure why anyone would by anything else.

7th vote for the Outdoorsman. As I read the beginning of the thread I kept thinking this. After only one season, I came to this conclusion. Why mess around with velcro straps and bailing wire? The mount is solid for my Nikon Monarch 7's and paired with the micro-pan head and medium tripod legs, I can comfortable glassing for hours and hours. It all just breaks down in less than a minute and I am on my way to the next glassing spot.

I’ve got the cheap bushnell tray one for like $20 Canadian and I have no desire to spend more. I find it’s actually almost perfect. I just leave it on my tripod, then when it’s time to glass, take it out of my AGC harness and plop it on the tray. Nothing attached to my binos which I actually like.

Binos move around with the field optics. My son has one. The outdoorsman is 100% rock solid. No comparison. I like saving money, but its not worth it, imo.
