Selling a bighorn TL 2 action with 308 bolt face and 16tpi which I believe is the Remington thread.
Has integrated recoil lug, changeable bolt heads and 20moa rail.
The action was sent back to zermatt to get re DLC coated last summer and has very few rounds on it since. The bolt knob is chewed up from me tightening it with pliers but replacements are cheap and easy if you want.
Included a John beanland installed 6.5x47L 24” barrel threaded 5/8x24 and I believe it’s a medium Palma. Don’t remember the blank manufacturer. This was the original barrel that was installed on the action probably 10-12 years ago. I found a round round count of around 2500 rounds.
Second barrel is a 6br from PVA 26” proof comp contour 5/8x24. Round count under 2000.
I don’t do a good job of keeping track of round count these are rough numbers based off of power and bullet consumption.
The BR barrel was still shooting pretty good last time I shot it and the 6.5 barrel hasn’t been shot in years but I don’t remember it having issues. If I have time this week I will try and go shoot some groups with each barrel.
Included in the package will be 293 pieces of lapua brass that I have notes saying maybe donuts in the necks (37 rounds still loaded) 96 2x fired, 207 1x fired and 78 new brass (48 loaded, 30 primed.)
Loaded ammo only available for local, will pull the bullets and powder if having to ship.
Redding 6.5x47 full length bushing die, comp seater and case gauge. Tin .287 and .289 bushing and steel .288.
Redding full length bushing 6br sizing die with tin .261 bushing. No 6br seating die included.
