I have used a copper spur UL3 for a few years now. Has stood up to high winds and sideways rain. Generally two of us in it but have squeezed me and two teenagers. Definitely Go UL2 over UL1. If anyone has a UL4 for sale please let me know.

Two person all the way....gotta love the texas speed bump or as it is also called possum on half shell. The 2P lets me have enough room to put my gear in and if need be cooked inside during bad weather. It has held up very well to wind storms in Wyoming and Montana. Have not had it in heavy wet snow yet but I don't expect it to be good for that.

One thing about the Copper Spur is staking the guylines out properly, which is not the way the BA instructions say (or at least used to say).

I have a 2p fly creek and it’s solid but I have been on fence about trying tiger wall or copper spur.

My girlfriend and I used flycreek when hiking last year and we fit fine. The single door is a bummer though especially when you have two people in it

Just purchased a used tiger wall. Added a few oz but now we each have or own door and I don’t have to crawl over her to take a leak out door.

I’ll use it for hunting too but not worried about the few extra oz. Have plenty in the midsection to make up those OZ.

I have the old Fly Creek UL1, I'm 6' 3" and it is very tight inside. I also tore the zipper on the rainfly while closing it 8 miles into the wilderness during a down pour....

We made it work, but Big Agnes said they couldn't fix it and gave me the option to pay for it to be sent out to a 3rd party for repairs or take in-store credit for up to 75% cost of the original tent based on what condition my tent was in.

I have seen the Copper Spur and it was nice, and I believe Big Agnes will warranty any current model. My Fly Creek UL1 was just a little too old I guess.
