I bought a Big Agnes Copper Spur 1 tent last year, and love it. It is super lightweight, easy to set up, and well constructed. Unfortunately, on my elk hunt earlier this year, I had a bear come to camp while I was out hunting and crush my tent. There was no food in it; the bear must have been curious. The rain fly was torn in 11 different places and one of the poles was broken in half.

I took the tent back to REI and they said they couldn't help me. So I contacted Big Agnes and they were amazing! After I sent the damaged pieces to them, they contacted me every few days with an update of how the repair was going. After about 10 days, they Fed Exed my rain fly and pole back to me, completely fixed. And…NO CHARGE!

I was blown away by their speed, communication, and repair. I highly recommend Big Agnes!
 
That's great to hear, I always love it when a company I've supported comes through with huge customer service. I have a Copper Spur 2 and think it's an awesome shelter.

I'm really digging the long-wide Q-core SL as well, best sleeps I've ever had!
 
Their communication is great but my partner ordered a new Q core sl wide/long before this season. Had to return it because of a leak... they still haven't gotten him one and won't until after the new year. They did however send him a loaner IAC to use until they could get him a replacement. Good service for what they were had to work with.

That is impressive service. I understand every business needs to draw the line somewhere and make money but when you hear of a business like this working with its customers that is amazing. I am glad they stand behind their products.
