That case, and the Government's arguments are very disturbing for reasons that extend far beyound gun rights. To the extent that even anti-gun Americans should be concerned.

I think allowing this to be framed as a gun rights argument is a disservice as it sets the argument along partisan lines.

Great post. This is right. This is way more than an a 2nd amendment issue, but the 2A violation is also important.

Unfortunately most people won't ever hear about it, and if they do, they'll support it.

Perhaps Biden would be OK with Americans taking our nation back, without it being called an insurrection. More appropriately would be called "overcoming treason and a tyrannical government".
