Best way to attach holster to Kuiu pack...

What's the best way to attach a OWB kydex holster to a Kuiu pack? In the past I've worn my OWB holster on my hip and just adjust the hip belt around it. Now I'm wanting to attach it. I believe I've seen some pics in the past of others attaching a holster on their pack.


Any info is appreciated...

What holster, pistol and pack and what size clip(s) on your OWB holster? If the clip are too small to fit the nylon belt on the waist belt then maybe look at picking up a SERPA. I know they aren't everyones favorite but I like the added retention and they can fit into/onto dang near anything. It is what I use on my G27.

You could also look at G-code RTI wheels or paddles to adapt your current holster. They have tons of options and those for 'battle belts' might work.

Or maybe add 2" clips to your current holster if they are easily replaceable.

Interested to hear what you decide. I just picked up an Ultra 6000 and will be trying my SERPA on it.

Kydex holster has two loops for I bleieve 1.5" belt. Pack I will be attaching it to is the Kuiu Icon Pro 1850. I do have a paddle style holster somewhere but trying to stay away from using that. I like my holster that I use right now and keeps it secure.

Use the Velcro strap where you would put a belt pouch on the pack belt. That 1.5" Velcro strap will fit the holster great. I have a Serpa for my G20 but and holster with belt loops 1.5" or bigger will go right into that strap on the outside of the belt.
