I know for just shooting no center column is best but something I want for glassing, what are the best options for a hunting tripod that is stable for shooting? Also would like Inverted legs.

Take a look at the Benro Rhino line of tripods. They are perfect for what you want

I was looking for the same thing and settled on the Fatboy Pursuit18. It is slightly heavier than the "ultralight" options but it is more solid for shooting off of and I like the inverted legs and center stem design. I was comparing it primarily to the Tricer tripods, the fatboy seemed stiffer and better quality imo.

What head did you put on this tripod?

Depends on how light and how stable you want. I’m happy with my RRS ascend…but it’s pricey and I don’t end up shooting from it as much as I thought I would.
