Best side arm holster for your pack

I hang m 10x42s around my neck and just tuck them behind my HPG.

I've done this, and it works, but I prefer to cinch up the kit bag to ride high, and loosen the bino harness to ride low. But, I also use what my wife lovingly refers to as a "binocular bra", not an enclosed bino harness. Hasn't caused any issues yet.....

One other thing to add. As long as you're not someone who has a need to put something in every pouch or pocket, the original kit bag is plenty big enough if the only two things you put in it are a sidearm and a pair of binoculars. The Koala Lite with the 2" pocket is the same story, and the original Koala is huge (almost as big as the E&E). It would swallow a .44 mag, 50mm binos, and a ton of other crap without blinking an eye.
