Thanks for all the replies and info guys but I still think I'm going to stay with my western mountaineering because with a 26 degree rating and a roomy shoulder girth of 68 inches weighing in at only 17.5 oz I don't think any of the other bags can beat it from what I've seen.
I'd put a Nunatak quilt up against it, and I love my WM bag. You're limited to one color and a couple of lengths with the WM quilt. A custom quilt you can get EXACTLY what you want. For those still complaining about the EE quilts, you can send them to Nunatak and have more down added to them. $50 for labor and first two ounces of fill, $15/oz after that.

I’m not an expert on quilts, but I purchased a UGQ Bandit 20 from the classifieds last month and I am very impressed with the warmth, material, weight, etc..

I really like WM bags, however their quilt offerings really lack options. Seems like an afterthought just to add a quilt tab to their website

Not an enlightened equipment. I have a 2016 or 17 model and it's garbage. The baffles are very under filled. You can spend 20 mins gently smoothing the down around to try and evenly distribute it, and you will still have voids. They have gone to a 30% overfill this year, but have done nothing to try and help out previous customers.

Well, that's not entirely true. They do direct you to a couple other companies that will add an inferior down fill for a charge of course. I guess I can live with an extra charge but don't really want non-water resistant down mixed with the better stuff I originally paid for. I reckon most companies are entitled to improve their products without "owing" a fix to an old product but I got mine just before the upgrade and to my way of thinking, they must'a known all along they were going to change things for the better even as they were making mine. Left a lousy taste in my mouth. Doesn't mean I won't buy from them again but it's in the back of my mind.

Thanks for all the comments back guys I appreciate all the info, can someone explain to me quilt sizing when it comes to the girth? I saw on western mountaineering site the astralite quilt goes up to 68 inches but on every other backpacking site they say it’s only 60 inches. Also found on enlightened Equipment the girth from my understanding they are measuring around the widest point of your arms which ranges from 60-68 inches so what would the full measurement be for the shoulder girth? With looking at every other quilt brand out there they seem to be very narrow with shoulder girths ranging anywhere from 50-65 inches which seems narrow for a guy like me who toss and turns when he sleeps so my question is do they make a wider quilt like my bag nemo sonic that I run in the winter that has a shoulder girth of 69 inches. Thanks in advance.

I just seen on katabatic website on shoulder size it says 58 inches then says (similar to 67 inch mummy bag)
