Chocolate Protien, Handful of frozen raspberries and a tablespoon of Peanut butter... tastes like a liquid peanut butter sandwich. I add a half a frozen banana for variety sometimes.
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 pear (remove core)
3c. Kale
1 1/2 c. Almond Milk
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil softened
1/2 tbst Ginger.
Yummmm... The best. If you like your shakes thick add some ice and make it more of a malt.
I also like to to take vanilla protein powder, almond milk, lots of ice, and either strawberries, blueberries or peanut butter and blend it to make ice cream. Great summertime snack!!!
It sounds kinda nasty when your read about it but you can't taste the egg whites in a drink. You can literally make any drink you want into a protein drink. I've used it in a kinda dual purpose iced coffee/protein drink. 100% pure "clean" animal protein. Stuff is awesome. No lactose, whey or soy problems to worry about. Just good ole egg protein. I've been using this instead of protein powder for about 6 months. Good stuff
