I’m trying to decide on a lightweight (not ultralight) hunting stock for a 25 Creedmoor.

I’ve narrowed it down to the following:
• McMillan mountain tracker
• Manners MCS-PH
• Manners MCS-PHA
• MDT-CRBN

I might (someday) use for NRL Hunter as well.
Let me know what you’d go with and why.

I would add a Peak 44 Bastion to the list.
Yeah, I had the bastion on my list originally, but the stocks I mentioned come with integrated Arca and/or picatinny as well as flush cups. By the time you add these to the bastion, the weight is equal to or more than the ones I listed.

You've narrowed it down to 4 top tier stocks...you're going to be happy with any of them. The grips are different between the 3 manufacturers. That should prolly drive your decision more than anything.

Good luck and congrats...sounds like it's going to be a nice rig.

Are they? Mine came in at about 22oz, added mid length arca pic from SRS for another 1.6-2oz. I think they advertise around 24oz so easy to see how you’d get them to 27ish quick. CRBN looks nice.

Have you looked at AG Composites? I've been very happy with their stocks. Top notch fit & finish and every rifle I have in an AG is a tack driver. Easier on the wallet than Manners McMillan & MDT, too
