best lightweight dry bag,30-40L

I don't run a fixed bag on my Barney's backpack. Have used roll tops and one with a waterproof zipper, just strapped on above the load shelf.

Last bag I used has died, so I'm looking for a replacement that is light weight but totally waterproof-like sit out in the rain and keep my puffies dry waterproof.

What do you recommend?
