Pretty simple question, but I'm sure that there some out there with some better features than others; is there a certain jerky shooter that you would recommend?
I've used a cheap no name one, and now I got an LEM Jerky Cannon. I can recommend the LEM. I've even used it to stuff a few pounds of sausage when trying out and tweaking new recipes. I wouldn't do a 20lb batch through it, but 5 or so isn't too bad.
