second year in a row I shot an elk with my daughter. I wish she could have shot it, but I was in a saddle waiting for her to climb up behind me when the wind switched. The herd of about 100 started to bolt and I shot the last cow before she ran over the far ridge. 340 yards away. She is a nice big cow. Tikka 270SWM, 130sst
